A full color embroidered yellow tab with the inscription "395TH ARMY BAND" in olive drab 5/16 inch (.79 cm) letters, edged with a 1/8 inch (.32 cm) scarlet border. The overall dimensions are 4 inches (10.16 cm) in length and 11/16 inch (1.75 cm) in width. The tab was approved on 25 November 2009. It was amended to correct the description on 13 January 2010.
